personal message
I am humble and don't want you to get the wrong impression of me so
here is what others have said about me: "Julie is a beautiful example of a Godly woman." (Jerry) "Julie is very creative and has helped me in many ways." (Beth) "Julie has always been there for me when I needed her; she is my best friend." (Carla) "Julie is full of life and is a blessing to be around." (Melissa) "Julie is a great example and woman of God; I wish she was one of my kids." (Linda) "Julie's warmth and love shines through her smiling face." (Lark) "Julie is fun to be around; there is never a dull moment around her." (Crystal) "I wish Julie was my mom, she always plays with me." (Savannah) I guess it's the people around you that know you the best, but I recognize that it is God working in my life to make me what He wants me to be. I am nothing without Him. And while it feels good to get compliments; all the glory goes to God for blessing me and for the work He has done in my life. Aside from what others say, I am usually found with a smile on my face. I'm very appreciative, down to earth, affectionate and like being romantic. I know I'm not perfect but I know someone who is (Jesus) and if I keep focused on Him everything else will fall in place. I love to make others feel special because there is too much depression and negativity in the world today. It says in the Bible that your words can be life or death to people.. that means, someone may be sooo depressed and even want to take their own life.. but if you speak encouraging words of life to them, it will make a world of difference to them. I want others to know how special and valuable they are to God. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page here. If you want to know more visit my dating page or send me a message. Rey flew to PA on Friday night and we spent the final week being single, preparing for OUR big day. After a lot of planning and hard work, the day finally arrived and oh what a day it was. God gave us a beautiful day to remember and share with others. You can read more about our wedding, leave a message and see photos on our website rey-n-julie.com ENJOY! Bling, Bling!Posted April 05th, 2008 at 08:45pm
On March 22, 2008 4:00 in the afternoon, Rey asked me to be his wife. The day we started to talk on the phone (just 3 short months ago), I never imagined that it would end up this way But, praise God for how he works out the details. As the world would say "Bling, Bling! WOW, Look at that ring!" in my heart I know what is truely precious to me. While the ring is gorgeous and the man is amazing... the priceless gift we share is our faith in, hope from and love from and for the amazing God who created us. It truely is an honor to serve God in all that we do. Becoming engaged to Rey just continues our story and adds to the beauty of our relationship. As I have shared with Rey, I would have accepted a bread tie as a ring because I know that his love for and commitment to me is more valuable than anything he could have bought me. As we are getting closer to our wedding day, we anxiously await the day when we will no longer need to say goodbye knowing we won't be together again for weeks. Being apart from Rey is like trying to function without one of your limbs. The love we share for each other is like no other love I have ever experienced with anyone... Gods amazing love is even more intense and so because we share that common bond of loving God so much, our love for each other is so much stronger. I am humbled at the thought of why God loves me (us) so much even when we dissappoint Him. He has every right to disown us as his children... but I am thankful that Jesus died on the cross to cover our sins and dissappointing parts. As we continue the planning of our wedding day, God also is planning the final day... his wedding day when the Bridegroom will return to earth for his Bride. Oh what a day that will be... I pray that your name is written on the guest list and that you have sent your RSVP in and confirmed your reservations in advance. The day and hour are unknown to man so we must be ready. If you would like to know more about getting your name on the guest list and confirming your reservations for the final day... God's wedding day... please go to our website at http://www.thefountainchurch.org/ or if you are ever in the Austin Texas area, join us for worship, Bible study and fellowship. Pastor Guido and Rey are working together to plant a church in North Austin and would love to see you and fellowship with you. You are always welcome. As I plan my move to Texas, I too will be joining in the church planting endeavour. We are excited to see God use us and move in a mighty way!! Please visit us! Oh HAPPY Day!Posted February 19th, 2008 at 11:17pm
Oh what a day it will be... the day I become Mrs. Rey Flores. All the planning has begun and the beauty will be unimaginable. August 2nd, 2008 will be the day in which we, my beloved Rey and I, will join as one. It will be a glorious day of amazing love and great meaning. A day I have been dreaming of since I was a little girl... a day I want to share with everyone I know, about God's love for us and how He has brought us together in such a wonderful way. August 2nd will be the most celebrated day each year for the rest of our lives here on Earth until that final day when Jesus comes back to take us home to heaven with Him. Though moving to Texas would not be easy for me or my family I will have to leave behind, I know that God has great plans for us no matter where we are. Just knowing that I will be able to be with Rey everyday for the rest of our lives is something I so look forward too. He holds the key to my heart and no one could ever steal it out of his hands. I praise God for the work He has done in our lives over the past few months and what He is doing now and will do in the future. |
