I am married to Nigel for 7 years. I was brought up mainly in the
Anglican Church, but have lots of other influences both High and Low Church, evangelical to charistmatic, and when Nigel became a Christian, he joined the Methodist Church. We are now fairly independant in Christian denomination. We have 7 cats, 3 ducks, 3 snakes and 3 fish. I work in sales in a large shopping complex, and Nigel works on the railways. At present to be honest I am struggling with my faith due to numerous miscarriages and having to end fertility treatment. At present I am looking for a meaning and purpose to life. I am struggling with God and the way he works. I do however attend a homegroup organised by some friends, which is a means of support. We met weekly and listen to Joyce Meyer. I also go to Taize worship. I am also doing a course at a Bible college - Something which has been an ambition for a long time. I wish I knew what my gifts are! By nature Nigel and I have been intercessors, servants of the church and love our neighbours. We are trying to find a meaning to our lives, and if anyone has any suggestings as to how God leads, please let me know. I have done pilgrimages to Lourdes and Iona. I do a lot of voluntary work - homeless, women in the sex industry, drug addicts and various helplines. I am involved in a lot of fundraising activities. We do lots of helping out at various Christian festivals, including Spring Harvest, MAYC, Cross Rythmns Greenbelt and New Wine. For anyone coming to Greenbelt, Nigel is always in the pit in front of a stage! PS I am hoping to get a main photo soon if technology allows, but the rabbits are of "Rabbit Roundabout". This is a "tourist" spot near where I live. It is just a large colony of rabbits who live on a roundabout!! They are always there, and gives the locals something to talk about!! favorite pages |

A contemporary Christian arts festival in Cheltenham, UK over August Bank Holiday, has just announced a line-up.
This year Philip Yancy will be coming to do some seminars. His books are thought provoking and challenging.
Will be a great festival.
