my giftsrecent blog postsA place for mePosted June 08th, 2008 at 05:11am There is a special place in life, That needs my humble skill, A certain job I'm meant to do, Which no one else can fulfill. The time will be demanding, And the pay is not too good And yet I wouldn't change it for a moment -- even if I could -- There is a special place in life, A goal I must attain, A dream that I must follow, Because I won't be back again. There is a mark that I must leave, However small it seems to be, A legacy of love for those Who follow after me. There is... 2 Corinthians 5:14 "For the love of Christ controls us, Hear, O
Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one! You shall love the LORD
your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your
strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in
your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and
shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the
way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. (Deuteronomy 6:4-7)
Christ has a love for all, and he has a special, saving, preserving
love for his bride. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says,
“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew
no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in
him.†Acts 17:28 says, “For in him
we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own
poets have said, For we are also his offspring.†Jesus
Christ is alive and well! He still lives among us today and still
works in lives of His creation. I am not ashamed of Christ. He is
my very life and breath.
