  NOTE: ALL pictures taken within last year, most within last 4 months. Since I've always looked very young for my age, I naturally take to the younger side (19-26 preferrably). ;) Now I shall proceed onto my primary profile writeup: Greetings to you, my name is Marcos and my residence is in Wisconsin, USA. First and foremost, my desire is to put God #1 in my life, and everything else secondary. I devote myself to His cause and go only in the direction that He leads me. God is everything to me, and I am open to seeing my faults or areas that I should improve. I am the son of a retired minister (ah yes, another PK! :p) who pastored several churches in Venezuela and North America. He later met my mom (pure Wisconsinite!) at a American Christian university and continued his ministerial work with a number of missionary projects. My brother and I traveled with my parents everywhere as we toured the entire US evangelizing and involving ourselves with a number of missionary projects. I was also homeschooled all the way through Highschool, and am thankful for it. This "missionary spirit" still remains in me, and I believe there is nothing more satisfying than to beable to later look back and say that "I was instrumental in helping to win a soul to Christ." In these end-times that we are living in, we cannot afford to waste the precious moments given to us in taking the opportunities to change another life for the better. :) I have a love for travelling, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors. I have a passion for health and sharing the wellness blessing with others. Music has a special place in my heart and I appreciate the talent that goes into it. My father actually used to be a pop-singer on Television in Venezuela back in the 60s before he gave his life to the Lord, but later continued singing for God. I also love to study history, biblical archaeology, and the many prophecies of Daniel and Revelation. I have a natural gift for writing articles and desire to be as perfect as I can at the English grammar. I am only letting God lead as I am open to possibilities in finding a young Christian (19-26 preferably) who puts God #1 in her life, loves to study, yet still knows how to enjoy things like traveling and having good innocent fun. My only desire is that if God should lead me to a genuine Christian girl, she will not be "Christian" in "name only", but one that truly sets herself apart from the world, yet loves having a good time. She would be easy going and flexible and not constantly experiencing hang-ups over every small issue. Now this by NO MEANS is saying she must be perfect, as nobody is perfect. I make mistakes just like anybody else. My only emphasis is that as with any relationship, both parties should strive to make the union as happy and pleasant as possible. :-) I'm the type of person who could never let a problem just happen and forget about it and not talk it through. I wish to get to the bottom of things and workout our differences, thick or thin, until they are completely settled--just as God would have it. I am naturally caring, kind, and a gentleman at heart. It saddens and disappoints me to see how so many men of today treat women with disrespect and lack of courtesy. Leadership is also also an uncommon role found in men, and is something I strive to possess. I am also of the type that once I get attached to friends, I cherish a great sense of loyalty (ask my mom...she always told me I've had an unbelievable loyalty to friends). You will also find me a highly forgiving person. I never dwell or focus on the past mistakes of others; instead I encourage them to learn from the past and move forward. I apply this same principle to myself as well--to become all down and depressed is to forget that there is a loving Father who is forgiving, and we can learn from our mistakes and make the best of the rest of the time allotted to us on this planet. :) I also am a very open-minded individual, and welcome new ideas and will listen to what others wish to tell or share with me. Although my pictures may not show me laughing or smiling, I am naturally a very happy person that loves to laugh and has a big humorous side---it is EXTREMELY difficult to get me me in a bad mood. :D I am naturally a very jovial and optimistic fellow, and can be very funny at times. =D -- "A merry heart doeth good like medicine" ~ Prov. 17:22 ;-) I take responsibility to my health, and intend to preserve my body which is temple of the Holy Ghost. I prefer that girl I'm looking for to either have these qualities as well, or she should strive to acquire these qualities. Preserving our health enables us to better glorify God, and to enfeeble it only means to hamper our ability for effectively communicating the gospel and working in His field. I hold an AS in CIS Computer Science/Networking, but work my own independent home-based business in the health field for which I as well as my entire family have been extremely blessed with. I've developed a good source of monthly residual income through communication with networkers all over the world, and thankfully I have solidified myself to the point where the income will only keep growing from here due to the immense impact these health products are having on people. I can only give Glory to God. |
